Should I keep the Xantia?

If its ticking over unevenly with a regular beat it could be down on compression on one cylinder, or be down to a dodgy injector, but try the other advice first.

Could also be an air leak in the fuel system, bit of a faff but new fuel hosing isnt expensive!

I am in Poole Dorset and i am about get rid of a mk1 xantia which i have been stripping for parts, i have an aerial on the car which does nt leak ! I have the cenral locking solonoids still too which might help ?
What engine is your car ? lots left !
