Buying dans l'etat means you probably can't drive it home (no CT), but it certainly lowers the price!
Well that is a basic advert!

Having seen a lot of French adverts for cars, furniture and other things over the last few months, I have come to the conclusion that they often just use the advert as a tool to get people to phone and have a chat about the item for sale. This is not helpful for someone like me whose french is not really up to phoning a stranger to chat about a car. :(

This TCT in Germanylooks quite nice, could be driven home and might end up as a bargain for someone.

I like the colour of that German Activa :P

Speaking of economy of letters, back in days gone by and before international telephone calls could be made everywhere and anywhere, the fall-back method of communication with places far away in our organisation was by morse over HF radio. Using morse, brevity is everything...

An engineer by the name of Tony Still was due to visit a distant place to repair the main communications system and there was some doubt if he would arrive at the appointed time. In the event he was able to and to confirm the fact he sent the following message:

"Still coming."

This is absolutely and utterly true...

This one at least has a decent description, but it is mostly notable for the ugliest after-market steering wheel I have ever seen!. It is also the only V6 Xantia I have seen which does not have a passenger airbag (ignoring the lack of a drivers airbag).

maybe he should swap steering wheels with this one?
