I liked the Saxo in blue (I think the same blue was used for the whole life), but too many chavs had 1.4's with bodykits designed to look like VTS's, so I bought the 1.1 5 door in red. I don't like silver cars, but I own a silver C5. I bought the C5 for the engine not the colour.
Currently driving a 2004 C5 VTR (old shape) and an Electric Kia Soul. Sorry but the electric one is my favourite!
Formerly Hyundai Genesis 3.8 V6, 2 x Kia Optima, 2 x C5, Xsara and Saxo.

That's more of a turquoise but looks ok 'cos it suits the era, in fact it almost blends into the background....
It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I'm right

There is another unusual and rarely seen Xantia colour, its a greeny silver, ive no idea what its called, but i can only remember seeing 2 or 3 in that colour. We used to look after an estate in this colour. Ill have to see if i can find a picture of one.
Ben, my local Citroen dealer has a 2.2VTX+ 173 in the same grey as our C5 Estate. Looks very nice, if only the insurance was lower!
I dont really have a colour i dont like in cars, black is my least favourite as its a pain to live with - nice when clean, awful when dirty and covered in swirls. I usually get silver cars, but i fancy a change for the next car, maybe red or a dark grey.
We got a new Saxo in 2001, a 5 door 1.1 Desire, which was in the met. blue. Posiden blue its called, was available in the Xsara too.bencowell wrote:I liked the Saxo in blue (I think the same blue was used for the whole life), but too many chavs had 1.4's with bodykits designed to look like VTS's, so I bought the 1.1 5 door in red.
