You’re looking in the right place to see the fuses.
Apparently the panel with the fuses on it unclips to get to the bigger fuses under it.
Another fuse panel under the top one.

The largest fuse on the top board is 40A for the blower.
Quoting from page 134 of the C5 owner’s handbook:
Only authorised personnel from the CITROËN network are allowed carry out (yes, without ‘to’) any work on the additional protection MAXI fuses located in the fuse boxes.

Re: C5 2.0 HDI RADIATOR FAN NOT WORKING OVERHEATING IN TRAFFIC
Hello!
I have a problem with cooling fan driver on my Citroen C5. It is spinning all the time. Recently I found information about new ECU for Peugeot, Citroen fans. That people repair their fans just replacing old ECU with a new factory made one... Has anyone heard anything about it????

If you have the Air Conditioning on, the fan will generally also be on. Older cars had 2 fans, one for the main radiator and another for the Air Conditioning Condenser, but these days the one fan does it all. Turn off your A/C and see if it stops after a while. If it's still on, I would check the engine coolant temperature sensor - if you disconnect that and the fan stops then it likely needs replacing. Watch out though - theses fans can come on without the engine running - so be very careful!hulionita wrote:Hello!
