What is meant by, 'sinker', please?
I appreciate that Citroens 'sink', but why this car in particular?

The early Xantias were not fitted with the anti sink sphere so would quite quickly settle to the low position soon after switching off whereas the later models fitted with the anti sink should keep their height after switching off.Napoleon wrote:What is meant by, 'sinker', please?

Thats right, 'sinkers' are without anti sink. However they should really keep their height for getting on for a day without sinking down to low.
