C5 - "Speed too high"?

You set the speed by driving at your warning speed and holding the stalk button until it bongs. It should be cancelled when you turn off the ignition.

I have had exactly the same issue. The only difference being that when I now push the stalk button, as well as changing the display on the screen, I also get a single wipe of the rear wiper. Likewise whilst my outside temperature gauge was reading correctly this morning, it is now showing 37c

Mines just started doing this at 45mph.

My speed limit is set to 135mph. It never bongs :wink:

On some models all that button does is change the display to date or time, I know as my dads lx did this and his current exclusive has the options mentioned above using the same button now :)
