I can always offer you my recepie for each of the dishes

I've cooked a lovely and very hot chilli con carne today and dried the last batch of this years' Somerset grown chillies (grown on dad's sunny windowsill).

I dried the chilies in a very low oven for about six hours...

I put them in a dark brown pie dish, in the sun for a day. Does the job too. The richness of home-dried chillies is just amazing; so fruity compared to bought stuff.
