Despite the fact it's as solid as a rock on them, I really don't feel comfortable underneath the car![]()

Pottering around the back I see there are some growing there too, never noticed them before but do recall the woman next door harvesting willow twigs to weave into baskets or whatever.
Was a bit blowy out there, hence the lack of sharpness.
Some other strange things growing there too.

Some dirty animals about aren't there.
I think when they catch those fly tippers they should be put on a year long cleaning the streets job. (and a guy with a whip behind them)

No pictures unfortunately but tenuously related to the catkins taken at last week's parkrun, this week at parkrun we had a massive flock (is that the correct collective noun?) of twitchers on the common with some very sexy camera gear hoping to catch a glimpse of a very rare bird that had allegedly been seen a day or so ago; a Richard's Pipit.
There has been no news so far to report if they succeeded in getting a good photo of it...

It's the people next door, that stuff has been in their garden for the past year.
There's also a pile of wood over the other side, remains of a fence.
Been there since before Christmas.
I'm hoping that next door has contacted the council to have it removed. She is usually OK

I wonder if they'll cross breed and if so what would the result be called?

First snowdrops that I have seen this year. A big improvement on all the litter and dogshite.
Did see a load of Crocus the other day but was on a bus that was past them before I could even think of getting the phone out.
