It was -9 and ice was forming on my gloves

A beautiful morning and a delight to be out in the fresh, crisp clear air

Another one from me today... This time me and my shadow out on a great bike ride... The image was grabbed from my bike video camera...

Despite the thermometer saying 1 degree and my Garmin saying it felt like -4 degrees when wind chill is taken into consideration, it felt positively balmy in the glorious sunshine

A moody teenage daughter, a paint & dec wind up merchant and the MIL, (who is staying with us for the next 2 weeks as shes having a hand op tomorrow) All playing Frustration, what could possibly go wrong.....

It takes more than a bit of cold (or wet) to stop me running Ryan Usually, if I don't it's because I'm either injured (thankfully rare) or I'm too ill. Covid is known to make me ill enough...

Bury Field on this gorgeous Friday morning

It is frozen solid and the standing water is frozen hard enough to skate on!

I ran 5 miles around it without getting my shoes even slightly wet or muddy

All the mud has turned to concrete

As I have posted on the significant mileage thread here I had to pop down to the charity warehouse where I was surprised to see our opposite neighbours were having a meeting in their unit. Bearing in mind ours is a charity unit I think I may see if they would like to donate!!

I feel we may be the poor relations here!
