Mike has restored the old photobucket images so might as well dig up one (from May 2011) relevant to the C5 post!

andmcit (Andrew) offered me a lot of help in my first days on this forum, and to mark my 100th post entitled "Working in a muddy puddle" he offered me this. Precarious, or more stable than the C5 previously posted :?: :-D I do believe its one of those activa things from Citroen.

To help put a smile back on your face I made this for you:

At that point I'd just dig a botched trench in some random field and use that. LOL

My account accidentally got deleted late Dec '23, so if you're reading my posts from then or earlier and they look weird / are missing media, that's why. There's no fix, sorry.

If you're reading any of my posts with missing design files, find them on my Google drive

I'm a bit late on the sunset theme, but here's mine from yesterday evening - for aviation enthusiasts there's a bit of distorted jet vapour trail mixed in.

Visiting grandkids near Canberra, thus photo taken near Murrumbateman.

This Citro Jim original was a near miss from the July 2023 selection by the random hand for the sister thread

That was one very good summer event :D Seems so long ago now...

Nothing from me today. Both places I've been today and all I've done yielded no photos suitable for POTD although one did end up on Facebook from Junior parkrun this morning... Just a smiley one of me with two of my friends wearing hi-viz standing on a windy rugby field...

Picked up a Mazda 6 and called in at Sainsburys to fill it up, as my daughter drove away this pulled in, shame she missed it, she loves them.
Was admonished over the tannoy for using a mobile phone .

Having just returned to the keyboard, and viewed a very slow contribution day I think that more than justifies duplicating your Triumph Herald on the I spy Classic Cars/bikes thread if for no other purpose than to show the viewing public that such a thread exists and there is some good stuff in it, and yes maybe inspire a bit of active participation.

Good luck with the new car Steve, I can't stand the looking for a new car process and prefer "cars to drop into my lap" like the Micra did, or a random opportunity to get something that I wanted for sometime to give a go like the Leaf. Some of my purchases over the years have been enforced by MOT-time scrappage, a period of bus getting, and replacement with whatever I could in the shortest possible time. The 2 Xantias arrived that way!

Have to say it was rather stressful and I pretty much just snapped it up to be done with it all.
