Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
Diagbox isn't listed in Control Panel > Programs so I can't use that method. However, putting the DB cleaner in XP Compatibility mode has got it working and is currently showing all the files and folders it's uninstalling

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
Not sure if I'm posting in the right place or if the question has been asked more than once so apologies in advance where needed on both counts!
I'm interested to know if anyone has the pinouts or knows if Pin 8 on the OBD-2 connector for my 2004 Berlingo is used by Lexia? By pin 8 I mean top right looking at the socket in the car or top left when looking at the plug. On my car there's nothing in pin 8 on the socket so I'm assuming not, but I have heard that sometimes the connectors get pushed through to behind the socket.
My interest is mainly because I have a broken pin on the Lexia cable round connector, it's pin 1 on the round connector, which goes to pin 8 on the OBD connector. OBD-2 is working on the car and Lexia has been used by someone else to configure my Cruise Control.
I can of course simply cut that pin from the round connector so that it closes properly again, but thought that I'd ask first.
Thanks

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
I've uninstalled, cleaned and re-installed Diagbox (though yet to update it) but now I get notification of "Apache HTTP Server has stopped working" on boot up. I'm guessing, but suspect Apache Server is part of Sedre/DocBackup, rather than Diagbox itself? How to fix?

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
Sorry, my bad Marc, I don't have DocBackup and Sedre on this netbook, it's got Citroen Service and (Peugeot) Service Box instead though I' haven't run them yet so no browser was used. Firefox is my default with IE loitering for apps that don't work with FF.
And to add to the Diagbox issues, I can't get the next update (v7.xx to v7.44) to work. It runs, installs, reboots and on opening gives all the right signs (updating.... if you paid, you've been robbed etc) but remains showing it's still at v7.02 regardless how many times I reboot or update.

Have a squiz at the map here:

Found this when searching for the how without any luck as my searches kept coming up blank, can someone please explain how, I have done it once but forgot - something to do with age I think
Thanks

Gosh that's going back a bit now Stu and I can't remember! Not sure if I went to the Battery Charge Status module and did it there or under 'Maintenance' - I'll have to have another squiz when I next connect up - but the heavens have opened up here now and it's monsoon time...

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
Thanks mark, this was Bobbins Post
I have highlighted some that I felt almost gave the how. but not the full how. Yes Raining here too, all day but lightly - good for ducks and the grass!!bobins wrote:I think the only way to 'reset' the time the car goes into economy mode is to go through the battery charge testing procedure via Diagbox. It'd be wise to make sure the battery is fully charged beforehand, then you have to delve into Diagbox and find the section to do with running a battery charge status test - it'll ask you if you want to do this with a Midtronics tester, click 'Yes' to that, then it'll ask you in a sort of disbelieving fashion - "Are you sure you've got a Midtronics tester ?" at which point you look at your feet and sheepishly click 'No'. It'll then allow you to perform the measurement test via a series of procedures: run the engine, turn the lights on, stand on one leg, that sort of thing

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
That sounds familiar, but I seem to remember switching it off somewhere else - I'll have to reinvestigate - but I know it only does this temporarily when you don't want it going into 'Green Party'
mode when your trying to do some configuring

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
My attempts to re-install Diagbox got worse as I tried different update paths so I resorted to a fresh Windows 7 install. It seems to have worked, accepting all the updates I have (up to v.65 I think) so I'm back to the original problem trying to view saved live parameters - "Graphical functionality not available". Any idea why it isn't available to me?

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
Without further advice/suggestions (even google has no match of this problem) I intend to re-install afresh (v7.01) but test the graphic functionality before adding any upgrades. What say ye?

Just a thought, does Diagbox need SVG Viewer?

Re: Merged Lexia & Diagbox threads
No - that's really only needed to view vector graphics like in SEDRE. It is not required for standalone Diagbox functionality.
