I've just found a website called 'how rare is my car', by my calculations you own 12.5% of the roadworthy 1990 AXs, 1 of only 4 that are red and 1 of only 2 that are blue!!!!! I could however ease your shame by allowing you to sign Bluebell over to me without any cost to you.

My return to running and cycling did not last long I went to bed absolutely fine on Thursday and yesterday morning wok up hardly able to walk

How does that happen? Sleep is supposed to be a time for the body to repair itself and not break itself

Quite a day so far... It started with a totally unremarkable trip to Tesco for my weekly shop...

Then I scored an appointment with my medical practice by getting onto the online booking system at exactly 08:00AM I have a mole of some concern on my leg that's started to do things well-behaved moles shouldn't

According to our local Facebook group gossip, getting any appointment these days has about the same chance as winning the lottery - I hit the jackpot apparently

Then a short and uneventful trip into the big city for my regular Monday club run with Redway Runners. We were 0.07 miles into the run when my phone rang...

It was the Surgery asking for me to attend ASAP. Run aborted and top-speed (by my and AX standards) to the surgery...

Saw doctor. She was not at all happy and decided I needed to see Dermatology...

She's also insisted I now use SPF100 sun protection - I never knew SPF100 was even a thing!

Got home to hear the gurgle of doom from my downstairs loo Blocked and backed-up drains. Just what I wanted Got my rods out and found the blockage four doors down. A wodge of baby wipes Our foul drains are series connected and five of us share one pipe to the main sewer interceptor. I'm near the end so I'm the first to get my loo backed up...

In my rodding activities I caused a huge mass of wriggling maggots to appear - I never knew they could live in foul drains

No photos for obvious reasons!

Four sets of neighbours very appreciative... The fifth are away currently and likely the guilty party...

Whilst doing this rather unpleasant job on such a hot day, MK Hospital advised a prompt appointment for a full body scan no less and then very likely, a session with a knife-wielding surgeon.....

So, all in all, a good set of results...

I'm soon off to perform at my Monday TT race photography gig A lovely evening for it although that view may not be shared by all participants at the event given the temperature and humidity - hardly ideal race conditions, especially on tonight's hilly course

Can't Steve, they've done a runner One of the few rented houses in our locality. They'd been there for years and one day last week to our collective complete surprise they did a moonlight flit...

Left a lot of decidedly unrecyclable rubbish in their recycling bins...

And crap in the drains
