Ok guys, sorry to tell you that i havent sorted this yet. But I am now in posession of the original manual, and from what I can see the guy who sold me the car has just made up the radio code.
The stereo is called a "System audio 2030" I have managed to lock it through trying this guys "code"!![V] I am going to drive the car to Norfolk on sunday to give it time to reset the radio. What I am hoping for is that someone on here can tell me what to do about decoding it. I am just hopping mad about this. Every damn Xantia I have owned has had this problem. I just want a radio [:(][:(]

Use the search facility on here.Unlocking has been coverd at lot.There is a website where you can post your problem(a bit like this site)& get the unlocking code.A few members have used it on here & got the code in a few hours.I cant rember the name,but its on the forum somewhere.
