Hi drpau,
It's actually a scooter with a roof,a roll cage,twin belts,crumple zones,abs etc. The seat has a back rest and is surprisingly comfortable. I went to see it in Munich at BMW and it had a land rover perched on the roll cage such is the strength of the cage.2.8 tonnes before it starts to deform, "vorsprung durch technique" as they say in Germany. It's an amazing vechile a credit to BMW design.I hope one day to be as enthusiastic about my BX as I am about my C1.
Thanks DLM for the advise on the heater, I'll post tomorrow once I've checked the fuses.
