Ds3 2010 1.6 turbo coolant fan stuck on

Unread post by Ds3fanstuckon »

Hi all
Really hoping someone has some insight into this because it’s driving me crazy
2010 1.6 turbo
Hesitant drive misfire engine light comes on and then followed by coolant fan which is constant full power
Anti pollution warning pops up
Also shows rear sensor not working

Mechanic changed coolant sensor
Reset codes
Came back the same

Codes are reading
P0010 intermittent intake variable timing soleinoid valve control fault open circuit
P0562 battery low voltage fault
P2603 turbo additional coolant pump fault open circuit

Any clues
I’ve spent so long researching Ive gone cross eyed
Thanks

Is the battery in good health? Should show 12.7V with all things off. :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Sorry I wrote that wrong it had a new pump

The battery was showing up with low voltage yesterday for the first time

Asked mech to type out what’s he’s done as I’ve lost track

Replaced the Auxiliary coolant pump as original one was dead, coolant had leaked back into the connector and corroded the pins so I soldered in another one in good condition but the fault persisted.
Pump runs but showing open circuit on the control side to ECU, wiring has been tested from the plug on the pump to the ECU and has tested fine.
Voltages at the pump on supply and control pins seem normal.
Intake cam dephaser solenoid also now showing open circuit on control, feeds into the same trunk on the ECU as the auxiliary water pump control.
Intermittent charge fault, Alternator is not being excited intermittently but no charge light showing on dash when it's not charging and no faults stored in the DTC
