Couple of issues. C3 Picasso 2012 with the audio system and the 'Monochrome Screen C'.
Trying to delete the previous owners phones with 'Delete a paired device' and when selecting a phone it just returns to the main screen and doesn't delete.
Next, pairing a new device with 'Perform a Bluetooth search' finds my Samsung A12 then immediately says 'Pairing failed device 00:00:00:00:00:00' or something similar.
I'm wondering if it won't pair because it already has four devices stored.
Any ideas?

Yes there can be limits to the number of devices. I'm not sure you are actually deleting them though....
Have a look at Barry's video on a slightly later Berlingo - but system should be the same. You only need to watch the first few minutes as he goes through the option a couple of times. You need to make sure you are selecting and confirming on the right options. Turn the volume up as the audio is very low.

Re: C3 Picasso Bluetooth woes
That Berlingo has what looks like an identical setup to our C3 Picasso.
However... I'm also doing exactly what Barry does but 'Do you want to delete?' doesn't appear after pressing 'OK', it just goes back to the Bluetooth configuration screen.
Edit: Identical problem on Peugeots with the same head unit/screen

Re: C3 Picasso Bluetooth woes
The only thing I can suggest is try a power down via the BSI reset procedure here:
BSI Reset / Battery Disconnect / Reconnect Procedure
This will lose pre-stored radio station, but might just resolve it. Costs nothing to try.

Re: C3 Picasso Bluetooth woes
Is there any danger that I'll need a radio code after this?

No, these units are VIN-coded to the vehicle, so you will only lose radio presets and any other customisations.

Re: C3 Picasso Bluetooth woes
So...
I decided to first try a method I found buried on a Peugeot forum and just pull F8 for 10 minutes.
Resounding success.
Didn't wipe the radio stations, didn't even wipe the previously paired devices.
But... it now allows me to delete the previously paired devices and pair to my Samsung A12.
Odd, but it worked!

Same effect a BSI reset would of had, but glad you resolved it.

Re: C3 Picasso Bluetooth woes
It must have been in a really odd state.
Suddenly all the RDS info that I hadn't noticed has started working too. It was getting the station name but not the track/presenter/whatever.
