Minor forum style update 19/12/2023

I have made some updates to the forum templates and .css to fix a couple of minor bugs and for compatibility with the current version of the forum software.

There should be no noticeable changes, please report anything that looks strange.

Ive noticed a link regarding oil grades no longer works , would this be due to the site itself might no longer be there ?

I did some more work on this today, it should be stable now.
