DS5 2015 Screen blank

Hello,

I've been trying to find out a way to solve a new issue on my 2015 DS5 where the multimedia screen has gone blank. I can still hear the radio playing but no response from screen.

What's the best way to solve this and what could it be?

Check the connections to the rear of the touchscreen / Display and from the RT6. Just make sure you always unplug the quadlock connector first and reconnect this last, or you can damage the display.
