Instrument cluster switching off whiles driving and switches back on

My peugeot partner tepee instrument cluster powers off and on whiles driving all my dials go to 0 then resumes back to normal.
It does it randomly.
Iv cleaned main ground points, batt,gearbox,and both inner wings,iv checked batt live terminal for loose or corrosion but all good. I checked instrument cluster wiring for loose wires
It all seems good.
Iv noticed my alternator voltage fluctuating from12v and 13v sometimes then rusumes to14 v and causing my heater blower to run slow and interior light dimming while the cluster going off. The alternator is 1 years old I'm thinking it's faulty and causing a voltage spike.
Is the a ground wire for instrument cluster which I can check.

A faulty battery or a fault in the charging circuit / alternator / wiring may be your issue, I don't think it's in your instrument cluster, but that is very sensitive to vehicle current fluctuations.

I'm gna replace the alternator and see what happends.
The batt is 12.6 v when engine is off so its good.

What wiring shall I check if you can point to a direction for me.

Just the wiring generally from the alternator to the battery and also check the battery terminals and terminal wiring is sound.

Check the earths, especially where they bond to the body...

I have fixed the problem it was an faulty alternator only 1 years old unit the voltage regulator was playing up causing voltage spikes.
Spend many hours hunting this fault down.
If any one replacing the alternator make sure you got a 16mm rachet spanner there is a fiddly 16mm bolt by the dpf.and if you got aircon the unit need coming off too,to get the back bracket off where there is another 16mm bolt which can't be opened unless bracket is open hope this helps someone.
