Hi, i the music quality in my car is not quite right, since the speakers on all 4 doors were replaced with no-name speakers, i suspect the poor sound quality is either because of said speakers, or someone messed up the polarity when they replaced them. As you probably know, when you fail to match the polarity on speakers, they will cancel each other's waves and the sound will suck, there will be no bass or very weak. This is most noticeable for cars with 2 subwoofers when one has the polarity swapped.
So i have been searching for the wiring diagrams for the doors to find out the colors for each polarity, so i can match them and have some bass.
Could not find these diagrams anywhere, can somebody help? Even downloaded a program that is supposed to have diagrams of everything, but once i select the car and audio and all that, it's like the diagram doesn't exist, it's just blank.
Thanks in advance.

The wiring colours won't help you. Citroen often use any colour going and there is no designated colour on the C5 II speaker wiring. Instead they have a sequence of numbers like 8415. However, on the C5 MK II the positive '+' is in Pin (1) and the negative '-' is Pin (2).

Re: Audio Wiring colors in doors
Hi, i found out that the green wire, present on all doors, was the positive, and this way matched the speakers. Now im still waiting on the ones i ordered, because these ones sound bad.
The way i discovered the positive wire, was by setting the multimeter on milivolts and checking wether the value was positive or negative, so if the probes are correct and the red one is connected to the positive, the value will be positive when playing music, if the value is negative the polarity is reversed. Best regards.
PS: though appreciated, your indication of pin 1 and pin 2 would not help me anyway, since someone butchered whatever was there before and they removed any connector that would eventually be present.

In that case it wouldn't of helped if the connectors have already been changed.
