C5 2.0 HDI 2003 - Aircon weirdness and actuator noises

I have some weird noises on my C5, I think they can be heared the best in this video. Of course, the problem is not only the noise, but also some weird behavior: The temp is set to 22 degrees C and, while it's cold outside, the right side of the vents would blow cold air while the left would blow hot air. Other times, the left would just have hot air while outside is pretty warm and it's getting well to hot inside. I hear this is realated to some actuators that go wrong and it's hard to get to them. If you are aware of the process, please let me know. Of course, the old problems are not 100% sorted by my wife is sesitive to this problem more than to the shaking situation.
