Ok, so don't be panicking - you won't have everything in the list. Some things won't be fitted.
When you have the global list of items (when it has finished running through, please screen shot each page) for me so I can see all the ECUs it has dialogue with.

Re: How to Replace the Internal MicroSD Card - RT6
(You don't have an Equaliser Amp, Memory Seats or the BSU Trailer Unit)
The ones we are interested in are the Head Unit and the Display Screen. It's likely these are not being identified, because they are not configured properly and that is why you are having other issues.
We may need to get in via the BSI and add this there if possible - but I will have a better idea once you send me the shot of all the global test screens.

No good?
Did I get the right screenshots?
On selection did I pick repair or fault finding?

Re: How to Replace the Internal MicroSD Card - RT6
Ok, one step at a time - I'm currently dealing with 10 other subjects for other members at the same time, so bear with me, or they'll be redefining the word 'multi-tasking'
Ok, so this is good - ignore the 'radio' being greyed out, I've just remembered that that's what they refer to basic units as having. The one you need on the second page / screen shot is 'Telematics' RNEG2010. That's the head unit.
Until we get this configured, you will naturally have faults as it's having a hissy fit trying to send data that it can't decide what to do with. Ignore all of the faults for now.
So following my initial blurb, go onto the Telematics option from the Global Test.
Select this and confirm
This will take you into a secondary menu, where you should see 'Configuration' / Manual Configuration.
This is where all the tables are stored with the existing options.
I need you to screen shot each page for me and post them up. The I can do the comparison.

Go into 'Repair' menu and see if the cuutomer options or configurations options are there.
