Someone I know has a Xantia estate with the 2.0 hdi engine, and she has complained about a judder pulling away, but only sometimes. I recently drove it to work and it was all ok, or so I thought. On driving home it juddered quite badly.
I can't see any oil leaks etc and the clutch isnt very old. Do these cars have a problem engine mounts or a juddering clutch?

I popped out today in the car and there was no juddering at all.
Yet Friday night it was horrendous.

Re: Xantia hdi(90) bad judder pulling away - sometimes
I have read that the engine mounts can look ok but actually be quite poor on these?
