Well the final destination was in my neck of the woods but have only just realised tonight, that it was today (Saturday) the cars were at Bamburgh! All week I was imagining it was Sunday for some reason.

Nice photogenic finish for them.

Your average Stag owner wouldn't open the bonnet because if they knew what was under it - it would scare them too much! (this I know from a very good friend who was big in the SOC)

There do seem to be two sorts of Classic cars . . .
Those that the owners pay someone else to maintain and look after, and investing their money in;
Those whose the owners understand, work on, and invest their time in.

Having now received the July edition (subscriber, so not sure if it's in shops yet), I can now confirm that my Activa does appear in a couple of photos.
