Hi chaps.....hope you enjoyed your weekend.
Quick question....LHD/RDH headlamp units, is the Main-Beam Reflector angle the same with only dip being sided ?.

The main beam is the same, the dip beam reflector is probably the same but pointed at different angle. The glass is different.

Re: Headlamp Q...LHD/RDH
I can't see how projector headlamps can be assymetric but as, in my experience, they don't actually throw a discernible pattern on the road it's difficult to be sure.
My Cadillac's headlights are marked "UK/EU" (as opposed to what no one seems sure), which suggests LHD & RHD are the same, & I've never had any problems using it abroad - but, then, (a) dip is very poor & (b) most Continental drivers use main beam all the time (at least on dual carriageways) anyway.

Re: Headlamp Q...LHD/RDH
a lot of new cars with fancy dazzle lights probably don't have the kick-up as they just throw the light everywhere.
My Beat grey import has jap lights which are flat beam and is tested as American ie no kick-up

Re: Headlamp Q...LHD/RDH
The set of projectors I have are Dip/Full Beam type with a flip down shield that masks the pattern.................I was testing them the other night vrs a S1 car headlamp unit....MILES better...must crack on with it as soon as I can sort out the modification to the glass (for which I have a cunning plan) which I wish to retain.
