Click sound related to seatbelt warning system

My car has an issue that i hear a sound like click while overing 20km/h i guessed that it is because the warning system runs with 20km/h

What do you think about it?

İ guessed first because clutch but sound comes even i do not use the transmission or clutch.

İts hard to hear with video you can volume max to hear it. Actually nobody can hear exept me in car but it is so strange noise that sometimes while it comes the electristy and shine of dush become lessen. İ wanna cry

Many cars automatically lock the doors when you exceed that speed, are you sure it's not just that ?

No in my car i dont use auto lock.
