Xantia 2 Rear bumper brightwork removal

How does the Rear "Brightwork" come out of the rear bumpers..??

Its a shame to waste it when I need some for my V6, the bumper is cracked but the "chrome" is in OKish order.. Do I really need to take the bumper off to get it out?

As far as i know Paul, it just clicks into place..Mine was loose and i just pressed it back in place..

Bring it with you when you come for a visit.. its not a rush - its to go into my V6 bumper...
