Just thought some of you might be interested in seeing this.
It's a Falcon that has decided to build a nest on top of an apartment block in Brisbane, Queensland Australia.
The building I think is about 35 stories & the crazy bird has nested right on the edge; I don't think it's dawned on anybody yet that when these chicks are a few days old & start going walkabout, if they stray off the edge, they'll either get a crash course on flying or a flying course on crashing.
It's a live cam thing that refreshes every 30 seconds 24 hours a day.
Enjoy!!

Here's an update on the interest it's getting from bird watchers all over the world.
The story on the actual site regarding the species is interesting in it's own right, with a bird that can fly at 300 kph of course, it does get spectacular. it also has some very strange traits.[B)]

Well so far there's been one fatality; one of the chicks on an early flight flew into a window as well as a few rescue missions such as falling into rivers etc, otherwise I doubt that there would be any left by now.
Makes an interesting read and great to see how fast they've grown & matured.
Here's the latest news if you want t follow the links.
