This model, not the newer SUV:
eg this one for sale!! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256343398105 ... R4zkw7GSYw
No, mine is quite uninspiring at low revs Paul and needs to be driven more like a petrol engine so maybe mine is the 90 and/or has a different map to yours. So far I've not explored the exact specification of my car... No worries as it goes well well enough as long as you keep the revs up and hold on to the gears...Paul-R wrote: 22 Dec 2023, 19:17I must disagree with you on that Jim. Our 8v DV6 pulls strongly from astonishingly low revs. In fact I have to clear the error codes every so often because the (engine?) ECU thinks that the dual mass flywheel needs replacing.
It feels like a much bigger engine really. Ours is the 120 bhp version, maybe yours is the 90bhp or something else?

I'm now wondering how well that would swallow one of my bikes...
Yes, I'm not bothered about resale value, more I didn't want to pick up a headache to insure. If you intend to keep it for a good while I see no problem with it being a Cat N as long as the necessary repairs have been done well. It's only if you want to resell soon it might be an issue..
I'd be happy to take a write-off as I tend to keep my cars until their next logical destination is the scrapyard or I give them away...
Yes, I call it a spreadsheet more as I'd normally do this activity in Excel, just didn't fancy putting the PC on, so grabbed this nice pad.
