For my future reference:
Watched about 8 minutes this morning, looks pretty comprehensive.
Just in case I have missed it - the issue with the forum's access to Service Box never did get resolved, did it? No replacement for the parts requests thread?
(Would like to confirm part numbers / dimensions for the replacement clutch: online sources seem to suggest 240mm diameter items, I've not yet chucked the old clutch and flywheel from my blue 308 SW clutch replacement (2016, same as its replacement) and that measures 250mm diameter

I used ai for your thread query here's the result
ServiceBox Forum Access Status
The forum VIN/parts-request threads remain dead and unresolved. After Stellantis locked ServiceBox behind paid trader/subscription accounts and strict VAT checks, free public access was permanently revoked. Forums (such as French Car Forum and PeugeotForums) were forced to shut down their lookup threads, and no official replacement service has been established.
Clutch Dimensions: 240mm vs. 250mm
Your physical measurement of 250mm on the removed factory clutch is spot-on.
Spec Detail2.0 BlueHDi (DW10FD / DW10FC) OEM SetupAftermarket / Cross-Reference Confusion
Disc Diameter250mm240mm
Spline / Hub21 teeth (25 \times 21.4\text{ mm} profile)18 or 26 teeth (varies by 1.6L or SMF conversions)
Flywheel TypeDual-Mass Flywheel (DMF)Often listed for Single-Mass (SMF) conversion kits
Why online databases show 240mm:
Engine Grouping: Online parts catalogs (e.g., TecDoc/Autodoc) frequently bundle parts across the whole 308 (T9) line. The 1.6 BlueHDi / 1.6 THP engines utilize 230mm or 240mm clutch setups.
Conversion Kits: Aftermarket single-mass flywheel (SMF / Kit4P) conversion options downsize the friction plate to 240mm.
OEM Specification: Factory 2.0 BlueHDi 150/180 manual setups (DW10 engines) paired with the ML6C gearbox use the 250mm assembly (e.g., Valeo FullPack DMF 837431 / 832404).
Trust your physical measurement over online catalog filters—you'll want to order a 250mm DMF kit.
Looks like a trust your gut type of thing here
Hope that shines some light on it for you

Ah good ol' AI!!
Ah well, I've used a tape measure before lad, not my first rodeo when it comes to "read the numbers to confirm the measurements"Clutch Dimensions: 240mm vs. 250mm

Oh it's a good crop of jibberish the machine has assembled there!Spec Detail2.0 BlueHDi (DW10FD / DW10FC) OEM SetupAftermarket / Cross-Reference Confusion

Sudden mention of single mass flywheel conversions!? The spline dimensions need to match on single mass type (sprung) clutch or you'll have real fun and games when come to try and put the gearbox back on!!
Ouch, throw poor Autodoc under the bus! "It's their fault my data is wrong" nice try AI!Why online databases show 240mm:

It's only run home so far (down the M65, would have been 30 minute drive if not for getting stuck in a queue of folks rubbernecking a crash (cars cleared onto hard shoulder, but gawping rather than getting going = sat in a queue!) so about an hour, no issues to report...
...other than slipping clutch if give it heavy throttle.
So kept the miles off it, so far. Qashqai is still here (and I am still yet to be paid out by insurance) so that has done the work commute this week.

May I suggest online automotive parts, I ordered a set of front springs for my C8. They contacted me a day later saying they wouldn't fit and I needed different ones. Good checking on their behalf or I would have had springs for a C8 Corvette.
