DIY Car Maintenance with function over finesse!!

Indeed Paul, I gave it its initial run for 6 miles to ensure all is good, which it is. Further bedding in tomorrow as it will get a 60 mile round trip to meet Jim for lunch. I use lanes for all bar 3 miles of B road so they should be properly sorted by the time I get home.
As for the speed of the job it truly is amazing how the power tools make all the difference, big rattle gun for wheel nuts and jacking, power ratchet for bolts, drill with wire brushes and cordless vac for cleaning and last but not least the bench grinder for deburring any rough edges on the pad backplates. Only two of the eight needed thst where the tiips were a tad sharp!
