Anyone know color wire to which pin , im not finding much on my searches.
I updated this a bit on the parts request thread, PSA dont prioritise wire colours but use the codes printed on the wire for identification.
You can see some already in the pictures, BE10C for example is the battery live. Identify the codes on the wires then we can work out what goes where.
Cheers, then when there identified i can locate them to correct pins

Your 'RD3' is the PSA designation for the Head unit.
Bear in mind you are pulling off generic stuff from the internet that may not be applicable - especially as on your vehicle you have the HiFi amplifier fitted, therefore the connections from the head unit go to the AMP as per my official diagram and then on to the speakers.

Colours may not be the same as PSA wiring colours change. You need to focus on the PIN numbers at the connections and their designations and not the colours.

I've just seen your pics above and as you can see the wiring codes are printed on the insulation sleeving. This will confirm the wiring codes on my diagram. So in one of the pictures of the red wires it shows '8454' which corresponds to '8454 : Ampli + switch command' as shown.

I know only BE10C as wheeler posted is battery live how do i find what the other codes on the wires do ?

Ok rechecked the wire codes & as follows
BE11A WHITE
XE24*D BLUE
CE18*D GREEN
MC30R GREEN/YELLOW
8454D 64AO RED
I have now found a yellow and an orange wire in the speaker loom taped off see attached photo, codes are what looks like as follows 6002 orange wire.
Ecce yellow wire

Can we confirm you are working with the Head Unit and also the equaliser Amplifier first of all as these 2 are linked together.

The speaker outputs from the head unit (8 pin white connector) go to the amp (16 pin black connector) and from there to the speakers.

In addition, the amplifier has the battery positive on pin 9 and the earth on pin 16 (This will be the 16 pin black connector on the amplifier).

8454 on pin 7 of the same connector on the amp is the switched positive. So this is the ignition positive that is connected to pin 5 of the audio head unit 8 pin black connector.

Yes i believe so, ive fitted the rear speaker box as that was ripped out and its been wired back up was easy as the old sockets were there to use. The head unit arrived a few days ago so im hoping to get it up and running so the car is original.

OK I dont have a stereo diagram for your specific car but just had a look at a late Xsara model which should be very similar & also seems to tie up with that RD3 diagram you posted although all terminals may not be used on every model.
you should have
battery live this wire code identifier should start with a B. pin 7
your VAN+ supply that goes live when the network is awake. pin 4
Data & Data B wires, these wire codes should start with a 9 7 are normally a twisted pair. pins 2 & 3
Earth wire starts with MC. pin 8
amp switch on wire 8454 (listed as electric aerial output on your picture) Pin 5 (not this will normally be powered from the stereo itself & probably not an ignition live so you may not see any power on this wire till the radio is plugged in)
there will likely be no true ignition live at your radio as its switched on via the multiplex network, this is part of the reason why some people can have issues installing aftermarket radios & the VAN+ (pin 4) wire often gets mistaken for an ignition live.

Bit more info needed, what exactly have you bought? Dont understand what you mean by a rear speaker box.
Aftermarket or original?
Original part , sub bass
