2012 C5 Exclusive 2.0HDI SOS Button

Hi and thanks for letting me join - again! (lost password).
Just acquired a 2012 C5 Exclusive and just trying work out where everything is. Next to the audio unit (not SatNav) there are a couple of buttons, SOS and the citroen Chevron. According to the manual the SOS requires an internal sim and shows the location in the glove box. Not so on my version. I assume that this is activated by a paid service via Citroen?
