What is the recommended intervals for exercising the suspension on a Citroen with anti-sink sphere?
How do you check the colour of the LHM? Drain a little?
Citraerobics intervals

No special recommandations for standard/antisink/hydractive motion.
The idea is to "keep alive" the mecanical linkages by the Citaerobics, and to vent out any air (and gas from leaking spheres).
Once a month would be a good pointer.
The LHM should look very fresh green, best checked with a battery torch down the fluid surface. If you like going into details - syphon up a few mL in a jar and have a look.

Anders,
A few more questions:
- How many times up/down do you suggest?
- Sequence should be
....Normal -> Up -> Down -> (...) Up -> Normal
or
....Normal -> Down -> Up -> (...) Down -> normal
- Is it necessary to wait a few secs after it has gone up/down before changing again?
Thank you.
