Perhaps there is too much "get a packet of crisps and a mars bar for four quid" stuck on the trigger to know whats going in!

Many people are dyslexic and can't read the pumps and go off the symbles, and many people are colour blind so cant jusy go off the colour

No disrespect to anyone with a genuine problem but I think they would count for only a small percentage of the 120,000 per year.
