Company I have used, I paid 259 euros for four injectors delivered to me in France from Germany.
Then I paid a seperate invoice for deposit guarantee of 200 euros. When they recieve my old injectors I get the 200 paid back to me. Injectors have then cost me 259.
Plus postage charge to return my old ones, which can go back in the box the new ones came in along a a sheet of paper they send you to identify where your old ones have come from.

The engine in my C5 was leaping about and threatening to break out of its allotted space.
Had all four injectors tested and one refurbished. Smooth as silk after that.
£120 all in but is was about ten~fifteen years ago.

It's looks & sounds real bad , couldn't belive it how it just went , mind you I'd been taking mental notes for at least as I've said before about 5 months , so it was just a matter of time , cant wait to get it back up again , it's a lovely drive, them seats are so kind to a bad back, plus a novel way of getting out of it too works a treat.

2 injectors had some lovely gunk all over the tips so I just sprayed carb cleaner and soaked the tips in some carbon cleaner for about half hour 1&3 were dirty but 2&4 were just like the photo. I've almost completed the job , think the leak over pipe has a rubbish connection so I've just ordered another (my mechanic that is) then whe that arrives it can be run up once the airs been pushed out the way , we did fire it up it ran then stopped 3 times but my battery needs a recharge so , charge that & when the leak overs get here , fingers crossed up & running again.

Ohms test for each injector 180.0 to 190.0 so all as it should be , I'm putting this down to two with very very messy tips. When the engine did run up the shake ,shudder was gone , just stopping now because of a busted connection on the leak over on number 3. Thanks to my mechanic & letting me watch & supply tea !

Considering geting a new battery & the listing mentions change of battery must be registered with the control unit , so is it through the diagnostic, parts new battery then put in voltage of it & the amps ? I've never heard of that before.

Snap shot taken from live data , when the numbers seem to jump and stay on 1 smoke came out of exhaust white ish , with a smell , rich like unburnt fuel, Battery had to be charged, then car fired into life it was a bit lumpy then settled so all the air is out the system , but the diagnostic picked up on the fuel pressure at first initial start up being to slow & low which I guess is normal when thing have been removed & air gets in .

Just wondering if my injectors are on there way out ?

Also forgot , when these numbers were 1 and above there was a small shudder then smoke , this then stops once the levels fall below 1.03.
Am I reading this wrong, what should these flow correction factors be

These readings are all fine , for the age of the injectors none of them have any minus numbers , which means overfueling. So im OK with how these rates look.

The 1ms injection rate is very good , sports car ......

Surprise vist from my mechanic pal today, he gave the 308cc a once over , I did purchase a new leak over set, but as some part do , the fit wasn't quite there and I didn't want to take chances regarding what these parts do .. so the mechanic shone his torch around injector 3 & low & behold he found the missing white clip that went missing , it was down by the side of the injector , he popped the injector out there was the clip, clip now back where it belongs & the leak over pipe work is back on & locked into place how it was made to do so. Another diagnostic session only fault was related to air and the long start time, so fault cleared another scan , all clear, engine running smoothly no shuddering no smoke, lovely Might take it for a run later depends how i feel . Thanks to JC Recoverys & mobile mechanics for a great job taking over what I couldn't manage.

Forgot to mention the o2 sensor was removed from top of dpf & an endoscope popped inside, clean , what a surprise that was indeed, so sensor cleaned & popped back home all done

Cars running good, I'm finding diesel cars on a well-known auction sight all non runner diesels with the same injector issue which mentions car was running well till February... something fishing going on ?

Oil change & filter this morning , it was needed, let's see how long the next regen pops up, I've seen that dirty oil can cause more unwanted regens.
Also seen my gearbox has the clutch slave cylinder in the gearbox .........
It was a oh no moment but , maybe not to bad if a clutch replacement is required it can be changed then can't it . Nice drive this car , since the injectors were cleaned the response on acceleration is very noticeable. Only in a national speed limit zone , other zones are not ment for speeding on 20 is rubbish 30 is 30, 40 theres a nice number , National speed limit is fun zone , other speed limits are avaliable & I'm not sponsored by the traffic police in anyway, and I've never in my life seen any police cars breaking speed limits , or using there blues & twos during very very heavy traffic just so they can get thourgh it all no bull ......

Fuel filter changed today time will tell if its made any difference.
Popped the diagnostic on injector 2 is still giving out of tolerance faults , but the car runs perfect, odd, but will keep an eye on it .
