DS7 2018 weird seat/side mirror memory issue

Ok. My laptop refuse to work last night so I did scan using other tool. There is not much option to choose. Only actuator test and live data. If Bsi reset didn't help with the seat/mirror condition it might be a plug underneath seat or anything else. So I am suggesting to go and have a proper diagbox scan to see what's what

Hmm could be connector(s) underneath the seat, but it works on random times.
I think (can be accidental) that it worked once I did power wash the car. And after day or two stopped (mirror tilting in reverse).
Can it be some kind of electronical contact issue within the mirrors themself?
But again why would both mirrors behave the same, if they work (tilt in reverse) they both do, if not , they both do not…in that sense I would think it is some “central” issue controlling both wing mirrors and seat memory.

All these screenshots are mainly regarding massage function of the seats (pneumatic).

In diagbox electric windows and exterior mirrors control pad ecu you can test mirrors for folding/unfolding and control of mirror glass. In bsi you can configure indexing of mirror when reverse. One more question, option from the touchpanel regarding reversing the seat after ignition on and forwarding the seat when you shutting the door are working?

You mean “welcome seat” function? When I want to get out as soon as I open door it retracts to back, and other way around when I give contact (ignition), moves forward closer to steering wheel, my “active” preset / last preferred seat position (in my case #2 preset).
Yeap it works.

No problem, my bad))) When you are configuring your bsi thru diagbox program there is an option to set mirror to tilt when reversing (diagbox call it indexing), and fold back when you arming the alarm. You can change bsi settings but Diagbox must have a valid token (or you if you are in main ds dealer the can do it straight away). Checking if your mirrors folding back or mirror glass are working you can do it with version without token. But as I am advising go and check your car for faults. If there is no any faults regarding mirrors/mirror glass you might need to update software of your bsi. Garage should do a screenshots of every option you have stored in bsi and you should have all keys present, otherwise they might have a problems. Diagbox are uploading settings to psa servers, but it is not ideal process and after updating you need to set your own settings ( in my case they delete wireless charger, and I have to record back spare key...)

Dont know if I mentioned already, tried to search in my previous posts, moving of motorized mirrors is also weird now when tilting is not working.

When I use joystick for mirror adjustment, mirrors just move like 1-2 degree (for one moment) and then stop, even though there is more space to move in that particular direction where I move the joystick.
So I need to release joystick and push again to reapply reinitiate that motion further, and then by click click click I move mirrors bit by bit, like something is interrupting moving signal.
When tilting randomly works, I tried immediately to move mirrors and they move in continuous fashion all the way in whichever direction I apply with joystick.

If you know what I mean…


I think they didnt find any active error/alert using diag in regards to these mirrors and tilting issue.

Do test from my previous post. If the mirrors will work seamlessly doing this test that's mean that signal from bsi to the mirror glass is uninterrupted. If they are not working during reversing that might be that the bsi having problem to send a proper signal hence bsi update (some executive file in bsi program might not working properly - like bad sector in the hard drive in the laptop) If you will have a problem during the test that mirror wont go as they should, I would start looking for a mirror connector. First I would dig out the mirror glass and check connection. If it's all ok then connection to bsi, door joystick pad etc
