Hello again now I have made several attempts in the car the result is just the same as before I get no Option for Global Test whatever I do. but I discovered in the information feed at the top left it says that my version is not current and that I should downgrade to ver: 9.119
then i ran a trial at home well at home with the module connected to the laptop look at the pictures quite strange

I don't understand what your problem, is - you are undertaking the Global Test here -
Global 2.PNG
You have selected it and now it is running here as seen at 86% progress.....
global.PNG
'Interrogation de calculateur' means it is interrogating the ECUs that have been detected. You must wait for it to finish and then it will present any errors found under each ECU.

I suggest you get the language changed to Swedish or English as I think you're having a problem with French. :) Having said that, I think you can't do that easily - once the software language is installed, it may require a registry tweak to change the language code.

So what you mean is that when you are not connected to the car you have the option to run a global test. But when you connect it to your car you do not have the same menu items and you do not have the option for a global test?
Is this on other cars too, or only on your own car?

hello again everyone now I have made a new attempt in the car this time but the Module is connected only to the laptop until I get the Menu with Global Test on the Planet 2000 where after he asks : "Turn on the ignition. Plug the interface into the C001 test connector" I do it and the Global Test starts
See attached picture
as you can see, he only manages to get in touch with 2 ECU out of 10.
Have tried several times he might succeed with all 10.
something strange happened i could no longer control the pointer on all four windows edges the pointer goes below the side edge see the pictures i have to pull out the usb connector to continue .
then i have tried the same procedure with diagtool but i was not able to get the global test option it did exactly like the first time i tried which is mentioned at the beginning of this thread.
So I wonder if there is something wrong with the program?
as for the interface Actia 9780.Z5 the seller made a diagnosis in front of me at the time of purchase and it showed Abs System errors with his own laptop
I don't know what to do anymore.
Maybe downgrade to 9.118 as the scrolling information on the program suggest see the image.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions
