Xantia ABS - like a machine gun!

Post by martyhopkirk »

ERM... should the ABS sound and feel like a machine gun going off under my foot? also the brake pedal feels a little low compared with the other pedals (it is about quater of an inch lower set than the loud pedal and the clutch.... feels odd to start with because when i move my foot its not where i think it should be...)
Is that perculiar to teh Xant? or is mine due a visit to mr citroen dealer? (its under warranty)

If the pulsing is all of the time and not when you are locking wheels (i.e. in gentle braking and moderate) you've got the dreaded pulsing pedal problem.

That's normal.
