 In my world it was a safeguard against leaving classified documents out. There was hell to pay if you did and a clear desk made it unlikely to happen
But it was OK to leave them on train station benches… 🤣

When I first worked at a company with a clear desk policy I really struggled. I solved the problem by going paperless and having all the clutter on my computer screen. I still have a very messy virtual desktop (actually several that I switch between).

The bigger the screen = the more Post-It notes you can fit on it...

My 'desktop' is a lot tidier than it used to be. If you think this is bad, only the other month I had over 2175+ tabs open simultaneously and then accidentally didn't restore them after a crash...

Anyway, back on topic...

Some delays ahead ?maybe?.....This morning I had a AA (Aortic Aneurysm) scan, the standard "call in everyone of a particular age" type at the local Medical practice...............WHOOPS, a "concern" on the scan.....and an appointment made for me for a more detailed/check scan at the hospital on Thursday..........RATS !

The nurse was more on the side of the scan needing to be double checked that there being a "problem"..that said due to family history it will not stop be cra@@ing myself until Thursday.

If I do need work done it will have a massive effect on what I do here with care for Mum etc as I get ZERO assistance from the state or family.....if I am "out of order" for any time Mum would have to go to a care home for however long it takes....that would have a massive effect on her.......so fingers crossed.

Nightmare! Fingers crossed. Try not to stress unnecessarily. Never had you down as a worrier.

Best of luck, take it easy, but don't stress. Even if there is one, it probably has little chance of rupturing in the near term.
