508 RXH EPB FAULT/CAN'T CLEAR ANY CODE?

Hello everyone,i'm the owner of a 508 RXH Hybrid4 and the nightmares never ends whit this car.
while taking of from an intersection,like I normally do,the car completly went crazy going into limp mode and giving me the message(Parking brake fault,stop the veicle immediatly). Car is dead and i can't start it in any mode so I take it home whit a trailer,with a lot of truble since the EPB was stuck on an I wasen't able to de-engage it.(1600 EUR quote just for the EPB assembly at the dealer,absolutly crazy. )
At home I've compleatly disassembled the EPB unit.The small elettric Motor is ok,all the palstic gears are ok,no broken cable,nothing !!
So this is were the fun begins. If I try to turn on the car,it won't let me.but if I prerss the Button for the parking brake I can hear it starting to engage then immediatly stopping and teturning to the 'zero' position.BUT,if I keep the button pressed the parking brake will compleatly engage at 100% and stay at 100% if I'Il keep the button pressed.As soon as I release it, it fastly return to the 'zero' position (disengaged).
This tells me thah the meccanical part of the system is functioning and most likely it's a problem with the EPB ECU(?).

BUT,if I try to clear the code with a ODB2 scanner and the CarScannerOBD2 app (I bought the pro version),NONE OF THE CODE ERASES. I can clearly see al the DTC codes , select them and erase them one by one or all tougether but if I turn the ignition off then on angain is like i didn't do nothing.

I tried to create a fault on my mom Peugeot 108 by unplugging the O2 sensor and I was able to see the code,delete it, and everithing was normal afrer so the app and the scanner work.

I'm thinking that the EPB is just a cause related to a faulty ECU?
P.S.:I don't have diagbox so I have no other method to connect to the car .

What error codes have you got?

This is the list of the code, but at one point the battery went flat so I think it's normal to have a lot of this. I can't clear them because it won't let me.
