What's the latest Map EUR version? MyCitroen says that it's 26.0.0.0 but my friend's MyPeugeot (also for Wave2) shows him that he can download 28.0.0.0 already.

Yes you are probably on a Wave 3 Head unit and the later firmware bridges this to Wave 4 units, but as mentioned in multiple previous posts, there is likely an issue with the date of the certificates having expired, so is likely preventing installation. Take it up with your dealership so they can feed it back to Head Office.

As per the previous reply.

There is currently an issue with Citroen/Peugeot where they had generated firmware updating using an expired certificate at their end - which prevented them from being installed by users on their vehicles.

They have been working to resolve this over the last 2 months and have implemented a fix at their end and have been updating the system servers with new firmware image replacements.
This can take a month to fully role up with the fix - but some versions have already been resolved so far.

Suggest you download the image again from the MyCitreon app and try again.

It won't notify you that it's been fixed on the app - they're just replacing bad image files with working image files - so you won't know until you plug it in your car.

Using an already downloaded image that doesn't work won't help.
You'd need to re-download and try again.
If that doesn't work, keep re-downloading about once a week and keep trying - but the fix is being rolled out across the board, but may take time before all vehicle images are fixed at the back end.

What do you mean that doesn't make sense?

1) So are you saying they provided your with the new firmware or with a new link tot he Firmware?
2) Have you reformatted the USB again to FAT32? - essential!
3) Have they provided you with a licence file? If so make sure you follow the direction to correctly creatre abd name the folder:

Instructions for Updating NAC or RCC Firmware, Maps & Licences

I tried it again today based on the information from the forum, as Citroën finally made an effort to help.

After creating the USB using Citroën's application, I inserted it into the car on the first try, and it immediately displayed a message that a new firmware version was available. The update went smoothly and took about 35 minutes – just the length of my commute to work.

Ok, so that’s good news, can you provide the version of firmware you upgraded to, as it will help others to know that the certificate has been updated?

When the certificate is updated, it will be provided via the MyDS App as part of the firmware download.

Hi all,
Recently buy Peugeot Rifter 2018 with firmware 31.08.05.86_NAC-r0 and 2017 maps. I trying to update via Peugeot app it download 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0 and ... incompatible hardware!
I tryed somehow to bridge it with 31-09-46-62_NAC-r0 and 42-01-72-32_NAC-r0, following Instructions for updating Firmware, installing Licence Files and Map Updates, but files cannot read. Every try wifi is on, but nothing.
Is there any solution or can u give me license to try?
