No errors. Just nothing happened. Exactly as before. The only difference between your archive and what I tried to install before is MediaHeader\MediaVersion.inidanlat1415 wrote: 19 Jan 2025, 19:15 What error are you getting when running the update I've provided above?
The contents (1 file and a folder) should be placed on the root of a USB that's formatted to FAT32.
but no matter what file was used the results is the same.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
If you're not getting any errors - and simply nothing happens, that would appear to be an issue with your USB drive not being read by the car. You should always get a notification on the display when any USB is inserted, regardless of what it on it. If you're not getting anything at all, then that means it's not reading the USB.mgs wrote: 20 Jan 2025, 23:00No errors. Just nothing happened. Exactly as before. Make sure it's formatted to FAT32, or try another USB drive.
There are 3 or 4 files different to the MyCitron server version if I recall correctly.
It is a universal certificate version so should work on any vehicle without the need for manual certificate or VIN verification.
If it is modified in any way then it won't work as it prevents it from being universal.
As described, simply download the ZIP file, extract the contents direct to a blank USB that's been formatted to FAT32 (must be FAT32) and in the root directory of the USB - DO NOT MODIFY IT IN ANY WAY.
Plug the USB into vehicle, and if your USB is ready it will usually say no media files found (as it checks for song files first).
Then after you've clicked off that, a few more seconds it will give the update alert and ask if you want to continue, then another warning screen telling you to turn eco off and do not drive the vehicle when firmware updates.
It takes 15-20 minutes for the update to complete.

There was no issue with usb stick: all can be read and write (in fact I exported my current configuration on it).danlat1415 wrote: 21 Jan 2025, 00:12

Anyway: today PSA officially published update for my car (3rd time) and at last it succeeded (with the same usb stick).
Changelog:
SWL\001315031666020829\Certificates\PSA-OVIP-CS-G1.crl
SWL\001315031666020829\MediaHeader\MediaVersion.ini

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hey, I mostly rely on MyCitroen app to provide me updates on new Maps and Firmware for my C3. However, recently it's showing me various information about latest FW version. For a long time it showed that latest available is 21.08.87.32_NAC-r1. Then, for a brief moment, it showed that 21.08.90.52_NAC-r0 is the latest. I didn't update it cause I didn't want to break my unit before my vacation. When I got back, I checked the MyCitroen again and it showed again that 21.08.87.32_NAC-r1 is the latest.... I forgot about the topic for a while (cause my unit works fine, it has just one minor bug which I can live with - voice commands for favourite addresses require me to say the street name, not the place name). Today I checked out of curiosity and the latest is 21.08.90.52_NAC-r0 again... So, is it safe to install 21.08.90.52_NAC-r0? Or does it have some issues and that's why it's rolled back and forth?
I know they don't provide any changelog but did anybody notice any differences? In 21.08.87.32_NAC-r1 they fixed some timezone bug when syncing the journeys, did anybody notice any significant fixes in 21.08.90.52_NAC-r0?

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Yes it's safe to update.
Citroen released various updates across different vehicles in October and November but didn't realise the main certificate they used for the firmwares expired on 4th November, so no car accepted any update after that point.
They then pulled the updates from their system so it showed the previous update as the latest.
They've been working with individuals to test various universal certificate changes which was resolved last week - hence how I was able to upload a working copy.
This has now been fed through to their main server uploads and is now back on MyCitreon app and should be good to go, back to individual certification.
They said it could take up to a month for their main server to sync and recreate the update files - but it seems it done it quicker.

Might be worth a factory reset following the update if its doing that.mgs wrote: 21 Jan 2025, 21:08Watch it closely nowsuperkick wrote: 21 Jan 2025, 21:00 I can confirm that the update 21.08.90.52_NAC-r0 installed succesfully on my Wave2.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
I did...today. It didn't reboot on my watch but AA is now working even worse. It paired once but after it lost connection couldn't reconnect again: kept saying something about time(clocks) (it/they must be the same on the unit and the phone). Even after I (re)synchronized the clocks it didn't help it to connect.bilbopug wrote: 21 Jan 2025, 21:13 Might be worth a factory reset following the update if its doing that.
