It is a distinct possibility as there were 2 '31' versions, 31.08.05.86_NAC-r0 (May 2018) and 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0 (Nov 2018), so it is possible that the certificates have expires. Your issue is that that you may of needed one of these earlier versions to bridge the firmware from Wave 3 to Wave 4.
