Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Yes they have tried to fix it but only did half the job. Hopefully eventually they'll sort it correctly.

Re: DS7 update error
I've moved your post here, where it belongs and removed the other thread.Igor wrote: 02 Dec 2024, 20:37 Hello,
I have DS7 2019 vin: VR1**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] with fw 31.09.46.62_nac-r0. Wnen I try to update it, I get ersion is not compatible with hardware msg.. I tried several USB's but every time i get same message...
Don't use a MAC, use a PC. You have a Wave 3 unit so these can be upgraded via firmware to use Wave 4 future firmware. Although you have onboard wifi, try using the licence file (pay attention to the instructions for creating and correctly naming the folder in the instruction in the last link).
Your firmware is 2018 so well out of date and therefore the certificates may be expired for this version. I can provide the files manually and the licence file that you can use to try to update, but this also contains the map update too.

Re: DS7 update error
I have exactly the same problem and the same car: DS7 2019 Diesel, VIN: VR1**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. I’ve tried using 7 different USB sticks, all brand new, but I wasn’t able to install any updates. I used the DS Update Tool and followed all the steps myself, including downloading the software, creating my own license file with a creator tool, etc. Nothing works.
In a forum, someone mentioned that the certificates have expired, and the only solution left is to go to a DS service center where they can handle it. Apparently, something like disconnecting the car’s SIM card is required.
However, what you posted here — the software and license files (which might be the same as what I’ve found in other forums) — caught my attention. What’s different about the files you shared? Have you updated the certificates? That would be a dream for all DS7 owners! Could you please clarify why this should work now? I’d be really grateful.
(And thank you for your help!

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
@kenan1206: I only use the official PSA files - there are no differences, they come from the same source. the difference being I provide these as single files where you can opt to install them without the update app.
You may have the same issue as Igor as it is the same firmware version you are trying to install - and therefore may be the same problem concerning the certificate dates - I can't say for sure, but this is a pretty old firmware, so may have expired.
I will provide the details and your unique licence file, which may work if you install this in the specific folder (despite having WiFi), so it may use the licence file for authorisation (assuming the certificate has not expired).

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hi, are certificates for wave 3 also expired? I'm on version 31. And can't install update suggested by peugeot app (42.03.33.42). It says firmware is not compatible with device. Is there any way to update wave 3 device now? Can you please help me out?

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
That looks like an Opel or Vauxhall VIN. Unfortunately the forum only pays for access to Peugeot, Citroen and DS VINs and cannot access Opel or Vauxhall.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hi,
I have a problem updating my system, no version fits, I download through Citroen Update along with the license, I download from https://sites.google.com/view/nac-rcc/system/nac/wave-3, the car is connected to wifi, every time it pops up "Version not compatible with the hardware". I have no more ideas. the pendrive is detected every time because you can upload the configuration to it from the radio.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
PSA removed this "update" for WAVE2 (at least now the update is no longer being shown on their app for me). Let's hope that they have not only admitted the problem but will fix it eventually.
