PSA NAC RCC Updates

I opened the "UpdateInfo.xml" file in Edge (photo) and said "save as" it was saved with today's date.
The other files (license and SWL) I copied separately and have today's date
Will it be a problem?
To update the map, I only have to have it on the pen drive, or I need another file?

Maps don't need any other files (no licence files), just format the USB drive again and extract the map file to the USB and install. The extraction will create the required folder and files - but you MUST format the USB beforehand.

As you know I'm new here but so far your help has been very much welcomed thanks for everything you do for the community!

Im suspecting i have the Wave 2 stereo and sense the update issue, I have however today at last managed to update the maps! i do hope they update the other stuff soon as I don't think the unit has ever been updated!

I have received a notification on Citroen app that there is 2 updates available for my C5 Aircross.
Is it safe to do via the app or via the forum as last time.

Also
Do you know what the operating system update actually does.

The Firmware update fixes known bugs or issues - they don't provide a changelog Steve. Up to you, but the purpose of this thread is that some people have issues updating with the app, so prefer to manually update with the same files using the links I provide here.

Note: I've included the licence file here in case, but you shouldn't need it as the Firmware update will authorise OTA.

Used Citroen Update but like others get the not compatible message. Please advise

You may well have the same issue described in recent posts regarding the firmware certificates being out of date, but here are the files in case you want to try. If it fails, leave it and just update the map - no great loss.

Note: I've included the Licence file, although you have WiFi, so shouldn't need it as it will authorise via OTA.

Hello Community,

I’m a big fan of French cars, especially my DS 7 Crossback! However, I’m stuck with a frustrating issue and really hope someone can help me out.

I want to update my system’s firmware from 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0 to 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0 via a USB stick.
I followed all the instructions using the DS Update app and prepared the USB stick correctly (I even tried 5 different USB sticks).

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Deleted the license file and connected my DS to a hotspot.
Disabled Bluetooth on my phone.
Followed every guide I could find in various forums.
Despite all this, the update never works. The system keeps showing the message:
"Version not compatible with hardware."

How is it possible that no one can help me with this? I really want this update to improve my system. Please, I need a solution!
