PSA NAC RCC Updates

This posts confused me very much.
Could someone elaborate me my version of software and maps plus what type of navigation my car has.
I've been able to upload latest firmware via windows Citroen download apk (aprox 24gb) and no other updates are available. (maps and firmware we updated from 31.09.46.62_NACr-0 and maps were CI-TT-PSA.P4CNS.U-MAP.EUR.NDS-6.3.0 )

Is it possible that there are no more map updates or ability to download latest maps from 2024 in any way??

Hi, I can't help with this system, as you have an IVI unit and these are generally set to update using OTA (Over The Air). I therefore cannot help you with this update - if you are having issues (not surprisingly), then refer back to your dealer as they were having issues with this system and they may be able to update it for you.

So note that from factory you had a Wave 3 unit. There is a 'bridging Firmware' that converts this to Wave 4 and this is where a lot of systems have problems, because the bridging firmware contains both a combined firmware and map update in one.

So below is the firmware and Map combination, and the licence file underneath.

Separately I have included the Map V12 as a standalone update.

Ok it looks like im already on this sw version with the latest update from Citroen ( see atached)
Wither way i have downloaded both and ill try with the updates and update as soon as i finish

PS: what is the name of the navi system used here?
I saw some DS7 using same map packs is that good or bad ??

You have the 'Connected Analogue Navigation' system (NAC) fitted and yes, there are multiple versions (Digital Connected Navigation, Connected Radio (RCC) all in various versions and used throughout PSA and DS Auto vehicles.

Hi Marc,

I’ve had a notification from the 'My Citroen' app that that here is a touchscreen firmware update for my Citroen C3 (2023 model).
The touchscreen new version is 21.08.90.52_NAC-r0

I tried all last week to upgrade it with the official citron update tool but had the same USB creation issues as last month (when I had tried to update the maps, on which occasion you kindly provided me the map file so that I could do the update via USB, which worked perfectly).

Please would it be possible to share the Touchscreen update file? which would really be appreciated.

You do have WiFi on your vehicle so it should authorise the firmware automatically (make sure the engine is started and running for a minute before attempting the update) so you shouldn't need the licence file, but I have included it here in case:

Hi Marc,

I performed the update today which worked perfectly thanks.
I did initially try downloading the licence file that you sent but McAfee reported a virus in it (threat ID - ti!3bf50e682c94) - so I just did the update without the license which worked perfectly. Thanks so much

That's a false positive, so nothing to worry about as the servers are all virus protected. The file type can sometimes trigger them. Glad you have sorted it.
