This is the Connected NAV system.
Main Features: It is a fully integrated Telematics System featuring CarPlay, Android Auto, Real Time Services, Voice Commands, High-Res Display, 3D Navigation, Bluetooth Hands Free & USB. 2 versions of the system are available NAC (Navigation Audio Connectée) and RCC (Radio Couleur Connectée) or Connected Colour Radio, which does not have the Integrated Navigation or Live Services.
Wasn't sure if the battery reset had done anything or not as the touchscreen still showed the same message, but took the update with no trouble afterwards.
Might not risk updating the maps until I've got some more spare time! Just glad to have some more control of the car back
No problem, pleased you've not got functionality back.
Your maps should be fine now as they don't interfere with the system functionality. Just make sure you are using the map update ONLY and not the combo firmware and map update!
I'm having trouble updating my nav system. it always gives me an update failed prompt on the car. got a new USB stick 32g fat32 factory, and copied the files to it, but it still doesn't work. Also tried using the Citroen app, and tried enabling wi-fi from the phone, but it does not work either. From what im seeing, I'm missing the license file. Can someone provide it to me? My VIN number is VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Can anyone tell me if there's a new update since 6_0422_23.3137.1 or a way to roll back to earlier firmware. Had nothing but trouble since updated my touchscreen to this version, lost ability to use Carplay and Android auto once connected via Bluetooth. VIN number is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
You cannot roll back firmware. 6_0422_23.3137.1 is the latest update and should NOT have taken any functionality away.
However, a firmware update can reset some settings to factory, so I suggest you delete your paired phones and re-establish connection.
You can only use either CarPlay or Auto Android and these require wired connections (at least CarPlay does), while these are in use normal Bluetooth is disabled as you are using the phone and music features via the Apps IIRC.

Thank you!
What firmware does the vehicle already report as having:
According to my info it already has 44.07.05.22_NAC-r0 installed. There is no later update.
Yes, my problem is not with the OS. That installed fine on its own. It’s the NAV maps update that does not work. Currently have CI-TT-PSA.P6CNS.U-MAP.EUR.NDS-9.0.0. The app says there is an update to v16.0.0-r0. But it keeps failing.

It would of been useful if you mentioned that it was only maps that were failing... these do not need licence files.
hello, I have a problem with updating the display in Citroen C4 Grand Picasso II from 2018,
through the CitroenUpdate application I receive information that there is an update for my model, but the Citroen server only provides map updates to version 27.0.0-r0, which I did, and here I also have a problem, after the update the search function does not work. The screen update software is available in version 21.08.87.32_NAC -r1 - unable to download. I found this version on the Internet, downloaded it and unpacked it on a flash drive formatted to FAT32, but after inserting it into the vehicle I receive information that the version is incompatible. Please help me. my Vin is: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
thank you, the update has started and unfortunately at the end of the update it displays an error, at this point my screen is blocked and it keeps asking for an update, no functions work. Is there any solution to this problem? Is there an option to return to the old version?
This will only usually happen for the following reasons:
You cannot downgrade firmware! You will need to ensure the installation is completed correctly.
1) Have you used a big enough USB and was it formatted to FAT32 EACH time?
2) Don't use a MAC - it leaves system files not compatible.
3) Did you update Firmware first and reformat before you extracted the file?
4) Do you have a screenshot of the USB (Use the full-post editor to upload your pictures) so I can see what is on the USB?
5) Downloads can be corrupted or incomplete.
This has worked for thousands of others, so is a local issue most likely.
1)YES 64GB pendrive formatted in FAT32 using rufus.
2)I use a computer with the Windows 10 operating system.
3)I don't understand the question. No. 3, but I will answer: I unpacked the downloaded packed file with the firmware in Windows and then copied the files to a pendrive formatted to FAT32. I did not update MAP
Ok, so the likely problem is you are using an old version of an archiving / compression utility like 7-Zip. This is known to cause problems with some files, because you should not have the 'PaxHeader*' folder there!
Upgrade your 7-Zip to the latest version from their website and try again - but reformat the drive again first and all should be well.
You should only have the license folder, the SWL folder and the Updateinfo file, nothing else.
