Hi, I have a C4 grand Picasso (2018), and when I see on my Citroen app that the update (1_076_16.1B116.4) is available. When I received the download link by mail, it did not work due to the following error;

My VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

ERROR:
This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in citroen-update.cppv2.awsmpsa.com.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

I tried resetting my modem, and disabling firewalls and browser security and nothing. I tried to access the link via 2 different laptops and mobiles, and still the same.

Does anyone know what I can do now? Thanks!

Thank you so much! One more question - I am trying to find out if my car system is SMEG or NAC but the system information in the car doesn't mention either of them. Do you see which one I have or you need more info? Thanks!

If you didn’t have a NAC unit, I would’ve told you as I can’t help you with Smeg units.

Okay, thanks! So it's an NAC. I was confused by what is RCC, is that another system similar to NAC or SMEG

Hi, I've done everything as instructed, but when I insert my USB, I see the below message 'No Update Required' and that's all. I waited a bit longer and nothing happened. Please see my USB folders, they should be correct. Please let me know if am I doing something wrong. I am using a USB 3.0 with 982 GB of space. Thanks!

That means you vehicle is already up to date with the latest firmware.

SMEG is the earlier touchscreen version before Connected Navigation (NAC)
RCC is Connected Colour Radio (similar but without Navigation).

It's interesting that the Citroen App shows an available update.

They are not always reliable - I never bother with it as it's pretty much useless.

The licence file is for the specific vehicle so should be able to be reused, but if you have any issues, just request a new one here.
