Can't we have android auto on this device? Firmware Version 6_0422_23.3I37.1
Thanks

@Luis_diias: You really haven't provided any further information, apart from a firmware version - which is for RCC connected radio. If this is for a cactus, it depends on the build date as to whether you have this system or not, but if you have Connected Radio (RCC), them CarPlay & Android Auto is already there.

Ok, so if you have the RCC then Android Auto should already be there. You have the latest firmware.

For Android Auto to work on some phones, you may need to download the Android Auto App to your phone. Ensure Bluetooth connection is enabled.

From the vehicle's screen, select the Phone Icon to get access the Phone screen. Then look for this symbol:

Press that and follow the following screens to connect and setup Android Auto.

This thread is not for your system. You have RNEG (MyWay), not the later Connected Nav. You need to go to Citroen Navigation to update your system:

@GiveMeABreak

First of all, thank you for all the work you're doing, you're amazing.
I'm very new to Citroen cars

To my issue, i'm about to buy a C4 Cactus 2020 model with unknown characteristics but it seems like a base 1.5 diesel (6mt) model.
Apart from wanting to know the whole list of actual features of the car (which the seller is unaware of) , i noticed that the multimedia system doesn't have Navi (navi button missing) but it also seems that it's missing android auto connectivity (phone connected with usb cable but no android auto available in any of the menus, same phone+cable are working on another car).
By using this tool in combination with the VIN number of the car ( VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] ):
https://github.com/zeld/psa-update

It seems that the latest update is release on dec2023 ( PSA_rcc-firmware_6_0422_23-3I37-1_RCC_EU_W3_ECO.tar ) . The car is probably a couple updates behind (need to check).
My question is whether this, or any previous update, adds any functionality for usb android auto. If not, is there any reasonable priced solutions to this problem?
My other question (but offtopic one) is whether the most basic diesel version of this car uses the good citroen suspensions or the classic ones and how could i possibly get to know that.

My system version data:
V. 084A
HMI: rcc2019.82.19.16.2.1.00
iMX: x0401065_190620_19.1E027.2
V850: RCC19_19.1S18.5

Really thank you in advance.

Like I said RCC Colour Radios have Android Auto and CarPlay enabled by default, there is no 'activation' needed. Are you sure you are looking in the phone menu for this symbol?

Portugal is a country where AA is available, so not an issue there.

@AuroraHuntet: You do not have a relevant system. This thread is for NAC / RCC units only, you have a SMEG system which is totally different.

Hi, I have a C4 grand Picasso (2018), and when I see on my Citroen app that the update (1_076_16.1B116.4) is available. When I received the download link by mail, it did not work due to the following error;

My VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Link: https://citroen-update.cppv2.awsmpsa.co ... 0.1.24.exe

ERROR:
This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in citroen-update.cppv2.awsmpsa.com.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I tried resetting my modem, and disabling firewalls and browser security and nothing. I tried to access the link via 2 different laptops and mobiles, and still the same.

Does anyone know what I can do now? Thanks!
